Some people are just so evil. It is one thing to steal a dog from someone’s yard without even knowing that it might possibly belong to a special needs girl. But, sadly, that is the case that’s plaguing a Monks Corner family.
A report by The State says authorities say someone stole the special needs dog of an autistic child from her family’s front yard in Moncks Corner.
Toby, an American Bull Terrier, was taken on Tuesday by a female with blonde hair, who stopped in front of the house in a car.
Kelly Nolan says her daughter, Allie, is taking it hardest because she doesn’t understand where the dog is and why he is gone. Toby has a special way of making her daughter safe when playing outside. Nolan says he can even tell the difference in Allie’s cries to know if she is upset.
The family is offering a reward for the return of Toby.
